Aretha Williams

Mrs.Williams have always had a keen eye for research, helping others and solving problems. Mrs.Williams have a fifteen year track record as a contract Special Investigator working on behalf of the United States Government. Her contracts include Department of Defense, Department of State, Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Office of Personnel Management and other federal agencies. She has been favorably adjudicated to perform investigations as a contractor with a Full Scope Background Investigation. She also worked at the Pentagon within the International Affairs Branch and Naval Intelligence Agency as a contract Legal Administrator.  Her other work experience includes twelve years of experience as a Paralegal in which she worked as a contractor for Department of Justice as well as Federal Communications Commission. Her other experience include litigation support working within the private sector at various prestigious law firms in the Washington DC area.  She subcontracted as a Fraud Prevention Inspector for the Department of Health and Human Services for five years. Mrs. Williams previously obtained a corporate account with Montgomery County Child Support Division as a DNA Paternity Specimen Collector. She’s been doing DNA Specimen Collections with corporate accounts and mobile collections well over 20 years.

Mrs. Williams has been a Mobile Notary for 20 years and is also NNA certified and background screened as a Notary  for the State of Maryland. Her other background experience includes: Personnel Security Specialist, DNA Testing Consultant, Process Server, Court Filer and Researcher  for local family law attorneys. She also provided services to small businesses and restaurants in which she completed precise status reports regarding customer service and professionalism within their establishments.  
 
Mrs. Williams is a proud North Carolina Central University graduate. She graduated with a B.A. in Criminal Justice, and later received her Paralegal Certificate through Old Dominion University.  For over 10 years, she has given back to her Alma Mata by volunteering as a recruiter for the University.  She participates in local college fairs to recruit students to attend NCCU. 
 
Mrs. Williams has previously volunteered as a Victim Advocate (Program Manager) in which she received professional training through Prince George's County, Md and also volunteered as a Mediator through Basic Mediation conducted by Community Mediation of Maryland. 
 
After several years of expertise she decided to use all of her experiences to begin her own consulting business.  Integrity Investigative Support Service, LLC is a Woman Minority Owned Consulting business based out of the Washington DC area.
